Barnette Law Offices, LLC was founded by Jason Barnette, Attorney At Law. Attorney Barnette is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee including all those below as well as being admitted to practice before Federal Courts in the State of Tennessee. Mr. Barnette is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law and has worked in the law for years. He focuses on consumer protection cases arising under the Tennessee Consumer Protection, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and employment claims before the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, EEOC as well as State and Federal Courts throughout Tennessee. However, Mr. Barnette also accepts matters ranging from personal injury, criminal defense; particularly, DUI, divorce/child custody and wills/estates.
